After a hail storm I had Tyler come out with his crew and replace my roof. He was one of the easiest contractors I've ever had to work with. He was a great communicator and laid out the entire project plan. He also helped me understand how the insurance process worked. He had shingles delivered onto the roof, had the team come out and they were able to knock the entire roof out in a day. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a painless and fair roofer.

Tyler Wells sets the service industry standard for nothing short of extraordinary excellence. His company removed the substandard application (new 2015 David Weekly Home) of asphalt shingles in June 2018. I have the best, class 4 shingled roof in my neighborhood In 2021, when my Cobra attic fan had a dead bird stuck inside, he removed it without charge. Today, he checked on a possible leak around a bathroom exhaust vent. Upon inspection, he found nothing suspicious. But he caulked around the unit as a precaution. Our neighborhood had high winds and heavy rain about one week prior. I noticed water droplets on my toilet seat that sits under an exhaust fan vent. Maybe it came in through the vent—maybe not. But Tyler checked out everything on the surrounding roof, and charged me nothing. If every service professional had Tyler’s work ethic, demeanor, and service friendly attitude, the world would be a much better place. Every encounter with Tyler is a very pleasant experience.
